The amazing sea view from my room was definitely the highlight of my stay, making my mornings very special.

The breakfast options were quite limited and some items like the scrambled eggs were not appetizing at all.

Our double room had climate control, very fast internet, and a safe. The hotel was ideal and in a central location. For short-orders there was Schlotzsky's, we found it close by👌

I thoroughly enjoyed this pleasant place, stayed there for 6 nights. Double room I stayed at was new-fashioned with breakfast. The hotel was in a central setting in an excellent neighborhood. And it was also short walk to transports, western Izmir, and sea side.

Even with the challenges of a broken elevator and issues in the bathroom, the willingness of staff to assist and the ample breakfast options kept the experience somewhat positive.

convenient location close to agora mall, flexible staff, everything was perfect. the view across the bay of izmir was nice and our room was well-appointed and good sized. location: the hotel was near to good restaurants and shopping malls, numerous cafes and bistros and a popular avenue of balcova district, surrounded by many shopping malls and restaurants. and it was around 10-15 minutes walk from peximet agora subesi, ate there couple of times.

The hotel was clean and big. Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with breakfast. The food was GREAT with a wide range of options.

The sea views from the higher floors are excellent, offering a great backdrop to any stay. The hotel also has a good integration with a mall.

The facilities leave much to be desired. The air conditioning is inconsistent, with multiple guests noting it as inefficient. It seems only one is operational, leading to long waits, especially if you're on a high floor like the 16th. Room cleanliness varies, and reports of smells in hallways and rooms are not uncommon. Breakfast options are limited and quality is lacking, with several guests criticizing the freshness. In-room amenities were subpar, with items like towels and toiletries either missing or of poor quality.

Consider exploring nearby traditional food places for an authentic local dining experience beyond the hotel offerings.

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take

Excellent central location with fine sea views. The staff was friendly and the room, while simple, remained clean throughout my stay.

The view from the sea-facing room was fine. Breakfast offered a generous variety. The location, while near the metro, felt distant from the main attractions. You may want to explore local dining options as well, since the hotel food is limited.

Not for the faint of heart

Good vibes if you can handle the smoke and noise. Two working for 16 floors? It's a challenge, let me tell you.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still passable for a short stay.

Wi-Fi was fast and appreciated. Bar area was nice, but room cleanliness was lacking.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, the hotel offers a wellness center and is conveniently located next to the metro line, making it easy to explore the city.
